Marvel Mirror LLC uses information to answer you, deliver this website, and—with your permission—understand how it is used. This notice covers marvelmirror.com and marvelmirror.ai, including their www addresses. A custom automation project may need a separate agreement about your business data.

When you contact Thomas

If you email or call, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, and a description of your work. We use it to respond and discuss your project. The website’s email and phone links open your own apps; there is no contact form or payment checkout on this site.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed for the conversation or business relationship, and as required for accounting, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Please do not send passwords or sensitive customer records with an initial inquiry.

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Delivering a page involves ordinary network information, including your IP address, requested address, browser details, and request time. Cloudflare may process logs and security information to operate and protect the service, regardless of your analytics choice.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. It measures page visits and clicks on our phone and email links. A click is not treated as a completed call, email, or confirmed inquiry. It also receives technical information such as browser and device details and can derive approximate location from a connection.

We send the domain and a clean page address without query strings or fragments, and do not send the previous page address. We do not send your email content, phone conversation, or contact-link destination as event data. We do not use advertising tags, Google Signals, user-provided data collection, or session recording on this site.

Google processes analytics data for us. The property’s user and event data retention is set to 14 months, with the user retention period reset by new activity. Aggregated reports may be kept longer. Our Cookie Notice describes the browser identifiers and your choices.

Your choices and requests

You can decline analytics and still use the entire website. “Analytics settings” in the footer lets you change your choice; turning it off stops further measurement and removes this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not erase data already received by Google. We also keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Your analytics choice is separate on each website address (including www); changing it on one does not change it on the others. We do not link your visits between these domains.

Contact us to ask about, correct, or delete information you have provided, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We may need enough information to locate your records and confirm the request. If we must retain something for a legal or business obligation, we will explain why.

Service providers and children

Our hosting, email, and analytics providers process information needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Providers may process information in other countries. This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
